As a community-focused brand, we believe in inclusivity and catering to our customers' diverse needs. Introducing lactose-free milk to our menu is a natural extension of this commitment.
Why lactose-free milk? Doesn't everyone offer this milk? Well, the simple answer is no, and if they do, you'll usually have to pay extra for this lactose-free option.
We recognise that many individuals have dietary restrictions or preferences that sometimes make finding suitable options challenging. By offering lactose-free milk, we aim to ensure that everyone can enjoy their favourite drinks without compromising on taste or worrying about discomfort.
We also understand that some of our customers may prefer the taste of lactose-free milk or want to explore alternative options. With this addition to our menu, we're giving our customers more options to customise their drinks according to their preferences.
And the best bit of all? There is no charge. Just like our plant-based milk (oat, soya, and Coconut milk), we don't charge extra for our plant-based or lacto-free milk. All our milk- dairy, plant, and lacto-free—are included with all our drinks as standard.
